O.ME.P.S. announces the beginning of a new phase in the company’s development. WindeX Investment Club joins the company’s shareholding structure, while Alessandro Guarino takes on the role of Chief Executive Officer. This marks an important milestone in the history of the Battipaglia-based company, a leading Italian manufacturer of customized silotrailers.

After more than twenty years of entrepreneurial leadership under its founder, Vincenzo Munzio, O.ME.P.S. is entering a new chapter. This natural evolution builds on the same identity that has defined the company since 1999: Italian quality, technical customization, and a strong commitment to customers.

Alessandro Guarino Appointed CEO of O.ME.P.S.

Alessandro Guarino is no newcomer to O.ME.P.S. For more than ten years, he has played a key role in the company’s development as General Manager. During this time, he has contributed to O.ME.P.S.’s international growth, strengthened relationships with customers and partners, and supported the consolidation of the company’s production organization.

His appointment as CEO ensures full managerial and industrial continuity. His in-depth knowledge of the company, the specialized industrial vehicle market, and customer needs represents a strong element of stability and reliability as O.ME.P.S. enters this new phase.

The agreement between O.ME.P.S. and WindeX Investment Club was finalized in May 2026. WindeX Investment Club is a leading Italian organization that brings together entrepreneurs and investors committed to supporting companies with strong industrial foundations and solid growth potential.

WindeX selected O.ME.P.S. in recognition of the company’s values, industrial vision, and development objectives. The transaction, involving a 100% stake, is aimed at supporting O.ME.P.S. in continuing its growth path while preserving its identity, technical expertise, and commitment to quality.

O.ME.P.S. will continue to operate with the same commitment and attention to detail that customers have come to know and trust:

• Fully Italian production, based at the Battipaglia (SA) plant
